tough language
The boss usually like use to tough language with employee. and order to someone to do something. For examble: you must finished the plan before 3:00pm. So though language let person felt no comfuterble and listen to it like no friendly. it is reflact somebody selfishlist. If the father use to tough language talk to his children, the children will be against him. if the boss use to tough language talk to his employee, the worker maybe stop their jop.

They have to listen it. Not only the employees, but also the children. Like the children, how does they against their parents.
