breakfast
Everybody need to eat breakfast on every morning. This is our habit in our live. And it is good nutrition for our body. But some people don't like to eat breakfast. Because they are felt sleep is important than eat. Everyone feels busy everyday. If you are a house worker you must get up early to cook breakfast for you family members everyday. Before ten years ago, I ate breakfast every day. Because I lived at Buddhist temple. I must to follow Buddhist rules. There are rules good for everybody. So I got health on that time. The person need to eat breakfast for your body. Then you have health. The doctor have a suggestion for you. So, everyone eat breakfast is important.
